whats this mean?

In my saved to be laoded games, IE when I hit load games, the list has some red(brit) saves, some however have an ! at the beginning, what is this mean???
No idea... maybe is something Vista related?? I don't recall having seen that on mine
In game you may see red paper clip by the save name, which means you ahve already given some orders in that save.
