Reinforcements in Quebec

Playing 1812 scenario as British w/1.06, in last months of 1812 and now in Jan. 13 I have rec'vd the message "Reinforcmnts arrive in Quebec" several times - but two things are wrong: 1) when I click on the message it won't move the main screen to Quebec as usual, 2) the reinforcements aren't there. Bug or left-over from 1.05?

Need saved game [include previous turn also: Backup1 subfolder]

Ah - I'm not hosting. I'll ask my opponent if he can find the files/folders.
