A QuikFix to bring the beta patch up to RC12

Fixes the missing units in Replay
Fixes the reported 'FOW bug CTD'.
Several more tweaks to the AI helper events in 1775/76
Fixes excessive EP loss when Merchants are sunk in Shipping Boxes
