I've inserted my own music choices into a few other games, so what do I need to do to customize WIA's soundtrack? What I would like to do is replace the opening menu music with something else, BUT, I'm not certain which particular mp3 this is.

The track I chose is one from John Williams' score for "The Patriot". I tried renaming it as "Intro Music", but that didn't work. It seems that WIA alternates between the selections in the "Sounds" folder.

OK, I found the ini file, did some name switching, and no, it won't work the way I want it to work. I'll just switch the music off, which is acceptable.

To switch music off you just have to go in Options, there's a trigger for music in media tab.

I'm surprised that you can't customize musics.

Place your mp3 in sounds directory
Copy paste the files names in music.ini behind Music0 =, Music1 = ... etc
Play
