Culpeper Ring and other questions

Am I right in believing that the Culpeper Ring cannot be eliminated by the British? Each time one agent is killed, another replaces him.
And what about the Molly Pitcher or whatever her name is? They are mentioned in an event but nothing really happens. Am I missing something?

The Culper Ring was a group of people [led by Benjamin Tallmadge] that spied on the British. There are 5 instances of the Ring, to simulate a new member continuing the 'active' role when one was 'compromisd'

There is a small increase in Loyalty for the the Rebels in the '13 colonies'

Tnx for the info. What exactly is the effect of the spies? How far does one see from the spies?
The Molly Pitcher event increases loyalty throughout the colonies?

Spies have a high DetectLand and DetectSea values, as well as 'Master Spy' ability.
Rather than retyping all of it, please refer to sections 8.1 and 8.2 in the manual
