I need to study the manuals and now I can!

Can anyone post or transmit to me the instruction manuals for WIA and the original BOA in a format other than Zip? Presently, the only printer connected computer which I can use cannot open Zip documents! I am very keen to read about both games to learn how they differ and to decide which I may want to buy and play.
I used a temporary free Winzip program to gain access to both manuals from this helpful forum, and I stored the PDFs and began to print the pages for my future study. Probably, I will have some more intelligent questions for the membership when I have read all this interesting material.

Hi Androiconoclast, and welcome to the forums. Good to hear that you got things sorted out :)

As far as I know, all brands of Windows (and most of OS'es) come with a built in zip-file-handler, so you should able to be open zip-files without installing any extra software.

In any case, something you might need to fully use the various files and mods and downloads and whatnot available here is a rar-file-handler. Many use WinRAR; personally, I've made good use of 7-Zip: http://download.cnet.com/7-Zip/3000-2250_4-10045185.html?tag=mncol. It's fully free, and handles a plethora of variosu formats besides .zip and .rar
