Militia Options

Lodilefty, thank you for all your help on this game. I am looking forward to the next version.

This is minor, but I noticed that under Optionsdip_FIW that when purchasing militia as the French player you receive French instead of Canadian militia.
I changed FRA to CAN and that seems to works.

However, I have not played the game enough to know if a French militia unit shows up.

I really only noticed this when I had significantly reduced the starting inventories of replacements. I was compeled at some point to buy a militia.

AFAIK, there are no French Militia.

This will be corrected in the upcoming patch.
