Cavalry in the mod

Mon Feb 18, 2008 1:35 pm

I was wondering how to portrait cavalry in the mod.
From NCP manual I learn that the ability to charge and for infantry to form square is related to discipline value. I haven´t found that value in the model .xls, where is it?
If the discipline value do not have other consequences it could be applied to the units with long spears that were better able to repel a cavalry charge.
I have seen there is a countercharge attribute for infantry as well, is iot related to his ability to repel cavalry?

this is completely tied in fact. Only if you set this attribute in the DB, the infantry will form a square. This can be ok for you to simulate long spears.
