Croatian Insurrection event (1809)

The Croat Insurrection event on turn 1 of the 1809 campaign dosen't seem to unlock the militias as it says it should..They stay locked and run out of supplies.

Les unités ont été crées en "+999 — Permanently fixed".
Ce sera corrigé dans le prochain patch.
En attendant, tu peux remplacer le fichier 1809 Campaign.scn dans le répertoire \Scens. (Sauvegarde l'ancien fichier) par celui ci.
