BPEM: Victory Award Bugged

I firstly notice the trouble at the end of my first PBEM with Nikel:

Both we have been credited victory!
That PBEM went after a non official, newly edited scenario.
I repeated a test on my own over last NCP patched version and 1815 Default scenario.
I used two PC to simulate PBEM.
At scenario end Coalition with a +320 PV over French side got a notification of Major Victory.
France player got a Minor Victory notification!
So what's wrong?
