Critical error crash: Spanish Ulcer 1.04

I was breezing along, getting to know the theatre and game when Crash.

Crashes can happen for Windows 7 users if you do not follow the advice of several to reduce your screen resolution. I find the same issue, but do not mind. I scroll with my mouse a bit slower, and all is well.
When the game crashes for me, I sometimes lose a turn and have to recreate, but mostly, I come back right where I left the game.
