As for the matter at hand; did you purchase NCP from AGEOD?
If you did, send a mail to
support@ageod.com with enough information to locate your purchase; e-mail address used should be sufficient, but name and billing info is probably useful too.
If you didn't, you'll need to get in touch with the place you purchased it to retireve your key.
