Lost serial number

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I tried to re-install NC, only to remember that I no longer had the serial number. Grateful for any help on this.

Provided you ought the game from AGEOD directly, send an e-mail to support@ageod.com, with as much information about your purchase as you have available (when you bought it, e-mail address used, etc. ect), and we should be able to figure out what your serial key is.

If you have purchased elsewhere, you need to contact the place you bought it. However, we are interested in hearing how it goes, especially if you don't get anywhere, in which case, we'll see what we can do :)

J'ai un problème de clé.

En effet je n'arrive plus à lire ma clé. :confused:

J'ai acheté le jeu en téléchargement sur le site.

J'ai envoyé un mail à l'adresse indiqué dans ce post mais n'ayant pas de réponse, je me permets de poster un message ici.

Pourriez-vous m'indiquer les démarches à suivre pour récupérer ma clé?

Indeed I do not any more manage to read my key. :confused:

I bought the game in download on the site.
