Nobilis version problem with serial

I have a Nobilis boxed copy. When I write the serial that Ican read in the manual
the installation program shows a message saying that the sereal haven't the correct lenght. The number in the manual have seven groups of 5 characteres separated except the last that have 7 characteres, i write also hyphens, perhaps I have that write only some characters?

yes but I can't download with my 56k speed and i can understad french more or less althought I don't speak it very well.
