No problem with an announcement, but we need to keep the actual MOD discussion in the MOD threads...

Reason being, as coordinator, I will be eventually discussing changes to the corresponding (vanilla) 1813 scenario in the main forum, hopefully incorporating some of your changes into them, and having a discussion about a MOD concerning the same scenario will be rather confusing to other NCP readers, especially newcomers. The discussions need to be somewhat more separated.
