What is going on?

Thu Mar 11, 2010 8:29 pm

I've tried to login into my AgeOD account so that I may buy the game and no matter how many times I try, it keeps saying that "Please check your e-mail address and/or your access code." After some tumbling around, I found the password in my email. Tried it. It doesn't work.

Any ideas?

It's already late, so I guess the info didn't come through today Philippe. I was wondering, what kind of share does AgeOD get if I buy directly from you (my preferred method) or if I buy it using Steam? Does it all go to Paradox and you get paid whatever you agreed on, or do you get more if I buy directly?

Other Philippe here :)

We get the most if you buy from Ageod or from Gamersgate, and less from others vendors.
Added benefit of Ageod, we have you in our database, so if you lose your key or want another download, there won't be any problem.

There had been some technical issues and mixup in customers account/ company account within our dL provider Nexway after our company has changed some legal papers following our 'wedding' with Paradox ;)

This should be solved during the upcoming days

Yes, now that you mention it, something was not right. When I bought RoP, I had to again register in your shop, because my previous login was not recognized. I registered again, using exactly the same mail and password :neener: , and it went smoothly afterwards.

Probably also happened to me, I just assumed I'd used my old email address to which I no longer have access for my last order so couldn't request a new password and simply created a new account to order RoP...

Hah, I knew this Paradox thing was no good. Right now, several faithful customers are forced to become "sans-papiers", because the legal system through us out during the transition. The same thing happened here in Slovenia, so its apparently common when new structures are being created. :bonk:

Just a friendly joke Philippe. We are your faithful customers and we will not leave you for a simple clerical error, which doesn't hurt us in any way. It hurts you because we are capable of spending any money on AgeOD products.

Hopefully this will be resolved till next Friday so that I may finally get my grubby little hands of RoP (I do not wish to play the demo, so that's that).

Great work guys and we're with you for the foreseeable future :coeurs:

Hell, if you set up a fund-raiser, before selling your soul to Paradox, I'm certain we would all chip in and insure your independence.

Not so certain ;) We did make a survey in the past and it is 'surprising' how short people are on fund right now... funding is even harder to find than good games :mdr:

Unless AgeOD has decided that it should sell Viagra and Vicodin, then no, I have yet to receive anything from Nexway. I checked my Spam folder, as Google has been going crazy (consider that is thinks Louvre is a spambot), yet nothing there.

Well, I don't know what you did Philippe, yet my European account started working again.

And is it just me, or did Nexway upgrade their servers? I'm getting a steady 2+ Mb/s for my download. Even Steam doesn't go that fast.

Pocus, do you get the same if we buy on Gamersgate or Ageod? I want to use the method that gets you the most money.
