Help! Major Catastrophe

Sun Feb 21, 2010 2:00 pm

Hello,

I have just moved house and when I hooked up my computer I found my HD had died. I guess you know where this is going now. Anyway, I have searched through every box (many still unpacked) and can not find my back up DVDs for the AGEOD games I bought in the last 3 years.

Q: Is there any means of obtaining my lost games again? All were purchased using this email address, I'm just unsure of AGEOD policy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Peek

Send us a PM here with your coordinates, name, email and other elements so we can find out which games you had, and we shall help you out

I have received and sent it to Pocus already...may be he has noticed it...I did so because I am currently not able to access the DL platform

As a safety, please send a PM to Pocus asking him to check his messages from me :mdr:

WOW! Talk about the best (and prompt) customer service I have received since I can remember. Thanks so much AGEOD, you really have ensured I'll be a customer for a long time :)

Just one question though, is everyone at your company named Philippe, or must they assume that name upon being hired? Bit more like a commune rather than a company, eh? :neener:

Thanks again,
Peek

Did you got the mail?

Yes, this is one of the hiring criteria, you must be named Philippe ;)

Seems like I would require your help as well. I contacted the AGEOD web shop but they (you?) didn't respond. PM on it's way.
