Wed Jul 15, 2009 10:28 am

Greetings,

I just purchased AACW on the Ageod website using my mastercard.
but i have received no confirmation or email of any sort to state the status of the order.
Could not find anywhere on the website to check on the order either.

i sent a message throught the tech support link as well but no replies as of yet. :bonk:

thanks in advance

Hi Warkat!

While someone at AGEOD sees this and offer you more professional help...

Have you checked the Spam folder of your email program??
Some spam filters are too strict and can identify as spam the automated email response the webshop sends when you buy a game :bonk:

If this is not the case, don't worry, you will receive help soon. AGEOD is a small company but has great costumer support!

Regards

Well, i had to try... just in case ;) :)
Do you know if the buy was completed??
I mean, did you got to a page with a link to actually download the game?? (or was you buying a boxed copy?)
and did you get the serial??
I'm not sure if you are missing just the confirmation email or the whole buy process was interrupted :bonk:
Cheers

This is more of a webshop issue than a technical issue relating to AACW, so I'm moving the thread to the webshop forum

Sorry to hear you're having problems, Warkat; we'll do what we can to get them sorted out.

I'm not sure what you refer to when you talk about "the tech support link"; have you sent a mail to support@ageod.com?

Hi Marcel!

Besides posting here, have you sent an email to AGEOD??
If not, please send one to support@ageod.com explaining the issue and giving your purchase details (real name, email etc...)
That will be a more direct and effective way of letting them know the issue than thorough the forums.
Hope all gets resolved soon!
Regards!

Sure! Its scary!
If they keep improving like this soon there will be no real human internet users.
Just millions of ultra sophisticated bots posting and emailing and spamming around trying to sell Viagra to each other ... :bonk:
It will be so funny! :D
Because...What do a bot need Viagra for??

This is the obvious question, but I have to ask it... have you checked your SPAM folder?
If you used a hotmail account (for example) usually those type of automatic email go in there by mistake.

I have checked both my inbox and spam folder, nothing there, and I guess I'll just have to wait and hope.

Have you checked if you have been charged. If not, it means the order was not processed. If yes, send an email to Nexway (sales@nexway.com) and cc to us (support@ageod.com)

I guess the payment didn't go through, it's ok though, managed to find a copy of AACW lurking at the back of a game store, so I can get some gaming in now, thanks for the help though.
