AddMetropolRegions = [RgnUID1;RgnUID2;..]
Purpose: to list what are the regions which are part of the metropolitan area of the faction. Metropolitan area is the special area on map where you must content the population, and is also the area where you must send then stockpile all your merchandises.
Usage: Simply list the UID of the regions part of it.
