Historical Attrition

I just bought the bullet and bought NCP. Gonna start just as soon as I can tear myself away from my current ACW campaign - I was looking at the options, particularly the historical attrition one and was wondering what level people were running this at. How big an effect does it have on non-moving troops??

Theres no harm in editing posts you make, especially when it happens directly afterwards and in order to correct what you consider mistakes
(I've long since lost count of all the typos I've fixed in this manner
