PhilThib,
Please make sure to let us know what stores will be carrying your titles so we old school shoppers know where and when to look.

Just bought ACW and love the game.....this news is even better!

On suggestion (already been suggested) would be to add a little more detail to the battles (not asking for detailed battles like FOF or COG).

What would be great would be to allow a tactical choice that a player could choose prior to battle for both offense and defence(i.e. frontal assualt, probe, outflank) with maybe some special options availible (i.e cav screen, prep bombard, etc...) that the player could choose to customize his/her strategy based on force makeup.

One step further would be to allow a player to make a change mid-turn during resoliton if their General was far superior to the opponents General. This would allow a General who's chosen tactics were not working against an opponent to adjust their strategy (would be easy assimilated against the AI, not sure how it could be impletmented during PBEM).

Another Option would be to have a General pick a primanry and secondary strategy. The primary stategy would be used unless the General was strategically superior to his opponent, then whatever strategy was most advantageous would be used.
Rider....watch out for that droppppppp

For the European Swallow it is 10-11 mps.

For the African Swallow, are we talking about the West African Swallow or the South African Swallow?

ETA is still late Q4 2007.

First screenshots should be published early september. Beta testing should start shortly after.

Retail distribution by Nobilis should begin in due time for Christmas.
Digital download will be available in the AGEod shop few weeks before.

So far, we stick to schedule.

btw I advertise this game in my Nap Total War clan forum. That clan is full of networking/forum fools. :coeurs:

Known so little because its lack of vocal chords prevents it from attempting to say the word "lasagna' anyway.

Oh, and none of you have better be heavier than a duck. :)

At least napoleon would have had a good answer to :"who made you Emperor?"

Dennis; "Oi, who made you Emperor of France?"
Napoleon: "By proving myself the most competent general in the Revoltuonary Army, i was able to maneuver my way into political power, take command of the republic, frighten away any potential adversaries with my prowess on the battlefield and skill in diplomacy, and finally place the crown on my own head by the strength of my arm and my will. I made myself Emperor of France. Any more questions, Monsuerir Dennis?)"
