How do I get the army in Northern Italy to have a lower cp?
Seems it stays high even with combining art into inf Divs???
This works fine for other stacks...

Detach / Attach it from the army. It is attached to the Napoleon by default, but out of his command radius. After reattachment it is correctly assigned to the army of Italy.

Messinna is not attached to any army
he leads the army of italia, not transferable????
I am again confused..

You can ''relocate'' ( Special Order) a 2 Star general from the German Theater to Italia to form a Corp attached to the Army of Italia.

yep..knew i was missing something

ok.. transfered 3 star to italy.. played mix and match nd hae two strong forces there...
THEN , catastrophy.. Nap ordered to move on Ulm actually goes north on turn one!!! talk about a screw up!
How do i avoid this ???
