1813 Question

I've seen a few posts regarding the 1813 campaign and the Armistice. Does the 1813 scenario only cover the spring events and if the Coalition gets the Armistice with Austria joining in does that end the scenario? Or is there an option that allows the scenario to continue with Austria in the fray during the summer and fall? Sure hope that the Armistice is not the be all and end all of this scenario as Nappy fought a huge battle against the Austrians that has always been shortchanged by the Nappy game makers. The most exciting action happened after the Armistice ended and it would be a shame if the 1813 scenario did not cover this most important period of the 1813 campaign.

For the time being, the scenario covers only the summer part, after the Armistice has ended. It may be improved later on when we have a proper diplomatic engine

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually the summer/fall part of the 1813 campaign was where all the good action occurred, the spring being merely a prelude. I imagine we'll have to wait for NCP2 for a more robust diplomatic engine along with a Grand Campaign scenario covering the whole Napoleonic Wars.
