It seems AGEOD has plans to do a NCP2 game with full Napoleonic era campaign, diplomacy, production...
after Vainglory of Nations (the incoming victorian age AGEOD game that will introduce all this grand strategy new modules) is released.
Doing a good Napoleonic full campaign without diplomacy would be nearly impossible
About new scenarios, there were some very promising ones done as mods but sadly they are discontinued.
