Has the HQ replacements been implemented?

I'm having a whale of a time (where does that expression come from?) playing WIA at the moment and saw that a patch had come out for NCP. Does it include anything relating to the HQ issues that have been talked about, replacements etc. I want to play the PW scenario again but if nothing has changed I'll just carry on with WIA for now and keep watching for any updates on this.

I edited a working Option to replace HQ when none for a side is available.
I tested it and it works!

Indeed, it has not been added to last NCP patch!
Some other troubles with Peninsular War scenario are known, so an overall fixing and improvement session over that is planned: we moved first steps in that direction...... Then, we have been overwhelmed by enthusiasm for a major improvement: use of spanish names for spanish units. That will require a bit more time to go after it!

Anyway do not give up!
I recommend you to patch NCP to last version anyway!

I need to edit the HistOptions for the scenario yet!
And it's not a large patch: just a HQ fix for Pen. War scenario.
