Which patch do I need?

It seems obvious, but the patch post has confused me. The start up screen says vers 1.03b, so running .05b shiould be fine, yeah?

Hi!
Yes, no need of the special foundation patch (only needed if your game version is 1.00 i think).
You just need the last one (1.05a) and only the last one (no need to install previous patches as all AGEOD parches are inclusive).

To my knowledge, you only need the foundation patch if you have purchased the French boxed version. AFAIK, all other boxed versions and all download versions only need to the latest patch (105a) to become fully patched from scratch :)

To be more precise, you only need the foundation patch if you have (any language) 1.00 version. I think Gamersgate sold during some weeks some 1.00 too. Perhaps some others boxes had this version, not only the french one.

So its ok to patch up from 104b?
I notice re. ACW talk of needing clean install for patching to avoid possible hassles. Not the case with NCW?

No, it is not necessary. I did also never experience any problems with patching AACW either. :)

Cheers
