Factions DB?

Before I start hacking around in the .fac files, where's the Excel spreadsheet for these? Or are they buried in one of the other DB files?
I'm most interested in AACW, but BoA would be good to have, too.....

For these two games, there was no such Excel file (we did factions by hand). You should use NCP excel file as a basis

I can't seem to find the NCP database..
Maybe I need more coffee this morning??
