Scripting foreign intervention

Should it be possible to create an ACW scenario where Foreign intervention would be scripted rather than being a very rare occurence ?

sure, you have less than an handful lines to change, for example you change the condition of the main Foreign Entry event so that it fires at a fixed date (and not by checking the Foreign Entry game variable)
