SetRevoltersInfos

Sat Feb 14, 2009 4:51 pm

Need clarification of parameters:

SetRevoltersInfos = UnitAlias; CityRaiseChance; DismissChance; ConvertChance

Initializes various values related to partisans/insurgents

Parameters
UnitAlias String; Unit Alias; Unit type used for partisans
CityRaiseChance Integer; % chance to 'rise' in a region with Loyalty > 50%
DismissChance Integer; % chance to disband each turn
ConvertChance Integer; ???? convert to what???

Is the blue text correct?
Convert to what? [red text]

Thanks!!!

CityRaiseChance Integer; % chance to 'rise' in a region with Loyalty > 50%
The percentage chance it: Loyalty + RaiseChance + CityLevel - 100

DismissChance Integer; % chance to disband each turn
Yes.

ConvertChance Integer; ???? convert to what???
To a replacement.

Cheers
Norbert

Sponges should rule the world. Period.

Agree. Sponges, unlike nuts, are not subject to USDA or FDA so-called food safety inspection, and so are much safer.....

Pretty creepy critters:

[from Wikipedia]
The sponges or poriferans (from Latin porus "pore" and ferre "to bear") are animals of the phylum Porifera (pronounced /pɒˈrɪfərə/). Their bodies consist of an outer thin layer of cells, the pinacoderm and an inner mass of cells and skeletal elements, the choanoderm. Sponges do not have nervous, digestive or circulatory systems. Instead most rely on maintaining a constant water flow through their bodies to obtain food and oxygen and to remove wastes, and the shapes of their bodies are adapted to maximize the efficiency of the water flow. All are sessile aquatic animals and, although there are freshwater species, the great majority are marine (salt water) species, ranging from tidal zones to depths exceeding 8,800 metres (5.5 mi). While most of the approximately 9,000 known species feed on bacteria and other food particles in the water, some host photosynthesizing micro-organisms as endosymbionts and these alliances often produce more food and oxygen than they consume. A few species of sponge that live in food-poor environments have become carnivores that prey mainly on small crustaceans.

Given the highlited statement, should we worry about some of the answers given by a brainless, gutless, heartless sponge?
