Emergency 911 Help - Pocus, Rafiki or Gray

Morning,
Sorry for the that banner but it is an emergency. I did a settings reset on my computer...it got rid of several serial # ...most important is the AGEOD one...ihave no idea what my old one was and Phillipe fix it for me...i hate to intrude but I need that once again...PLEASE...

What happened? You deleted the game installations? Not sure I understand exactly what happened. :blink:

Send an e-mail to support@ageod.com, with details of which games we're tlaking about and any dteials you have about the purchase (where/when you bought it; mailaddress(es) you used when buying, etc)

In any case, don't worry. This'll get sorted out. :)

i shot you and email rafiki 2 of them...i was the one that purchased through Trymedia...somehow there was a major flub with them and seriels or something ...you did make it right though

Indeed; starting to recall things now :)

Still, the best thing to do is to e-mail support@ageod.com; I don't have access to serial keys (other than my own, but you ain't getting that one! ;) ), then things can be taken from there. Just refer to this thread in the mail :)

I did...I thought you were support....I did shoot support 3 emails...dang I am overloading them

thanks Pocus...I discovered the problem..was nothing I did...windows update...I hate vista when it does that...
