I'm trying to save some code [dratted IE, always wants to be efficient]

Will the following give Full event notiifications to both sides? [Full = the red message with popup window and graphics

]

SelectFaction = $PRU
SelectRegion = $London

SelectFaction = $PRU
SelectRegion = $London
StartEvent = evt_nam_CMN_TreatyWestminster1756|1|2|evt_txt_CMN_TreatyWestminster1755|image|$London|NULL

Conditions
