1. I have made generals (3 star) command cost = 4. Seems to make command more of an issue. Usually during a game I never have to give it much thought because there is always plenty of command points.
2. I set back all leaders to Protection = 1. The game has them set at Protection = 4. Which is the same as a FRIGATTE. (I think)
3. I switched supply back to command cost = 1 in my copy of the game. Can anyone remember why this unit was set to command cost = 0?
