I found it for the April 1861 Scenario, but not for the July 1861 Scenario.

Thanks! I just found the setup Ky militia in the includes file! I have been removing them manually from the created scenario file because I couldn't find them in the events or scenario files.... :bonk:

It is funny whenever you figure out why something isn't working. Until then, it is lot of pulled hair, a few drawn out groans and finally some earnest curses until finally it is solved..... :niark:
