I am currently working the South Carolina regions for the RR MOD and one of the adjoining North Carolina regions has a rather glaring error. Specifically, 221 Union, NC. This region has 2 cities in it, one of which has a structure named "Monroe", which is actually the name of the other unnamed small town in the same region. The city over which the structure is placed is actually "Charlotte".

To save me some time, I would appreciate a little insight into how to change the structure's name to "Charlotte", so I can also properly name the small town "Monroe".

Thanks

Look in the CitiesCampaignA61.inc (for the April 61 Campaign)

City names are written in each cell on the cities (the third tab) of each scenario, so to change a name, change the text there, generate the corresponding .inc and use it when you create the scn.

Well nuts, I guess I've got to get more familiar with the database. :o :bonk:

the regions.xls file is mostly (except for areas build up) a reference file and is not used for real in scenarios making.

the third tab of each scenario is used for scenario creation, and yes, the cityname column will be used to give a name to a city. It also allows the creation of cities & harbors by just giving a level.

if you want to create a depot or a fort, you have to use the main setup tab and script the structure, see 1861 campaign for example. Here you give the custom name.
