I also had errors with CSA_French and USA_Cox in the 64 DB.
In my case I deleted the leaders but kept the formations as their respective divisions. This might not be the best solution for you though.
I don't seem to see Foster anywere in the Alias.ini file so not sure what you can do short of just deleting the leader.

Yes I also found French and Cox and reinstated them to their respective divisions.... :nuts:
