Integrating & Combining Mods with 1.06d

Are the various MODS floating around compatible together? I am using 1.06d and would like to add:
  • Weather MOD
  • Artillery MOD
  • [possibly] Leader MOD

Of course, I am hoping that AGEOD will add these - or variations thereof - to the stock game, but in the meantime, can these 3 MODS be used together?

Yes, none conflict with each other. Now, perhaps that is not so in the case of Clovis' and Jagger's mods. But neither the Leader or Weather mod affect each other.

My own mod is integrating both leader and weather mods. I could have do the same with artillery mod but as I've yet some slight differences with this one ( albeit philosophy is the same), I didn't.
