open the HST file.
Seek the line
399|15|35|50
replace 399 by 401
then seek
177|15|35|50
replace 177 by 176
save, it's done.

I've edited the first line (CSA) 399->401 without problem
However, in the second line (USA) the existing line is already 176|15|35|50
Shall I change it to 177 instead?

oops my mistake, the erroneous number is 176 and the right one is 177.
I know of someone who will be grumpy here
