Looking for Mobilization Mod

I am looking for a mod based on 1.16 that does not permit the AI to use Mobilization until Jan 1862.

Is there one already out there?

I've done that for the 1.15 version. I will update in the next weeks my mod to the 1.16. Mobilization will be possible from both sides from 1862.

the more I play this the more I become convinced that RUS is one of the best strategy games I have ever played... and I have played many since the mid 80's. The AI in this mod is at level with Sid Meier's best efforts.

Clovis' Struggle for a Vast Future mod does not allow mobilization early in the game (I forget when it is allowed). It includes many improvements to the game and was updated for 1.15 and I hear that once the final 1.16 patch is released he will update SVF again.

I highly recommend this mod.
