General entry locations

Is it difficult to mod the entry point of generals, especially the generics? I like having them serve in their historical theater, but it's a real pain to move them around accordingly after they appear.

Adjusting the flavor brigades would add historicity as well (I'm looking at you, Iron Brigade).
