I'm looking into a whole other way of organizing it; solving it all with stickies is not a long-term solution :)

A small update to some scenarios. See the first post in the thread.

I was waiting for the new patch to come out before releasing the next tutorial. I should have this ready in a bit if I can squeeze some time in for it.

I don't, but that's because of time issues, not because of lack of want; the work put into these mods/scenarios is quite impressive

I believe that the Far West scenario is not going to be included in V1.14, but I was playing it (in case I get to the 2nd round of the tournament). I got the double indians force. So I am not sure if this needs to be fixed (or will disappear with 1.14). I am attaching screen shots.

It is March of 1862 (almost the last turn).

Yes they reform. I often thought about taking the event out but I like the idea of additional indian units. I like to think of them as reinforcements.

Scenario updates posted in the first post.

The changes are in the second post.

All scenarios were posted except the 1862 East scenario. I'd like to wait until the PBEM tourney is finished to post this one.

Indian event seems to be fixed and has been posted.

Scenarios for the 1.14 patch have been posted in the first post of this thread. I left the 1.13b scenarios in for those about to roll back.

I apologize for the english only text in the scenarios.
I had no choice.

The East 1862 scenario has been included in the 1.14 patchs. changes include added supplies for the south as well as increased rail capacity.
VP cities were also changed for both East and West 62 scenarios.

I was playing one of these scenarios when (for some reason) I wound up looking at the new Hayne's Bluff region just north of Vicksburg. It was during the KY scenario, IIRC. Seeing it prompted me to look at the new New Kent or whatever region in VA. Both were active and had -1% Rebel loyalty and 101% USA loyalty. I'm not kidding. That's just plain weird.

If you were playing the "Kentucky Invasion" scenario then the Vicksburg region should be blocked and unplayable as should Haynes bluff in VA. If you were playing the Grand Campaign then you might have to ask Gray Lensman.
I have nothing to do with the grand campaign scenarios.

It wasn't the GC. It was one of your scenarios.

Your absolutley right. I must change this in a couple of scenarios. Thanks for the heads up. I now have the 1.14 DB files and will fix the two scenarios effected.

As long as we see game design discrepancies that hinder historical performance that can actually be fixed with database fixes, we will continue to provide these changes for the 80%+ plurality of player/gamers that want them.

I have no problem with that as long as I can keep my scenarios up to date. This means easy access to the most recent DB files. Can you guarentee that modders will have access to these files?

Fixes for the Vicksburg and 62 West scenario have been posted along with the XLS files.

My Thanks to enf91 for spotting the error.

Its interesting that I could'nt find any reference to Hayne's Bluff in the Campaign scenarios cities tab yet the MC is good for the region. Iv'e added the region to the two scenarios cities tabs and it seems to work.

Did'nt see it at 1526. But does'nt matter, I added my own and it works.

Update on this: I actually downloaded the "Official" DB files. I didn't realize your DB files were'nt part of this. I seen your Files in a seperate thread afterwards, by then I had added my own region to the Cities tab.

Bigus, have to say it once again: Your versions of the scenarios are absolutely great

The game is actually fun to play in single-play too with your versions :)

Thanks.

I really do hope that the team works on working the available AI commands into the campaign scenarios. When I first saw them I thought "whoa this will change everything!". It has'nt come to that yet but I feel the Campaigns need (No...MUST HAVE) these commands worked into the events.

If the commands work as designed and they are added then the Campaign
scenarios will truly be classic.
