Problem solved, it was a LocalStrings_ACW problem.

I am not sure of this event, but, isn't there a chance that it backfires and you get a penalty instead of a bonus? Or, does that have to do with foreign entry? I really don't know about these events... Sorry that I cannot add more input, I will look just in case they are found in files that I have changed, but, I swear I didn't touch these events (even if they are in the files I modded).

PROBLEM SOLVED...it was a damn corrupted LocalStrings_ACW file. Replaced it and everything is PERFECT, WOOOHOOO....sanity can return to my games ;-)
