Small syntax error in the End of Sassanids Event (fix it yourself :D)

Note that this event has a trigger that depends on the (non)-existence of leader PER_029. There is no such leader in the database - as far as I can tell, this is supposed to be leader PER_028, Yazdgerd III, the last Sassanid ruler of Persia.
EDIT: Note that this will probably make the Arab conquest of Persia a bit more complicated.
