Should I buy?

Im totally addicted to Europa Universallis III and Crusader kings. However paradox hasnt released a game during this time period and Im gagging to ply one. I've read very mixed reviews of this game and Im not sure whether to buy it or not?
How does this game fair compaired to the other two I mentioned?

Great Invasions is a RTS exactly like EU2 and CK. The map has a lesser number of regions, and the gaming mode is slighly different because you have to manage more than one nation (up to ten in thoughest scenarios!). So gaming is much more intensive and crowded, you have no empty spaces during gameplay, no periods of calm, you are continuosly asked to make decisions, fight battles, move armies and so on...

I here that the game crashes alot is that true? I like the fact that you control many nations at once. Does tht not get really confusing?

Never did like RTS .... for this scale of game, it always just seemed silly.
