If the MOD is strictly graphical, it should be compliant with all latest game versions, provided it does not contain the GI.ini file.

Anyway, I'm going to have a look inside it. I'll keep you posted.

Well, the Mod is 99% graphical.

It only affects one DB: Nations/Groups/Greek.csv

So it should work with all latest game versions!

I installed it, and find it quite good. Thx for making it available. Either the color scheme or the actual unit and building icons make things stand out more clearly for me.

It only makes available light horse archers to the Eastern Roman (and Byzantine) Empire.
