Wow, this looks very nice. I have several bugbears with the standard scenario and wondered if you've changed them.
1) Frontenac was destroyed by the French in real life, and there was no settlement at all there. I don't understand why it's a level 1 city in cleared terrain.
2) Pittsfield is obviously an anachronism in 1755. Pitt isn't even in the government yet, let alone a hero to the colonists. In 1755 it was called Pontoosuck, or Pontoosuck Plantation. OK that one is trivial, but it annoys me all the same.
3) Norwich New Hampshire or Vermont did not exist in 1755. The town was chartered in 1761, and nothing in the area was settled until after the war was over. The upper Connecticut valley was the frontier in 1775, but twenty years earlier it was well past the frontier. There were a couple of tiny trading posts in the area, but Brattleboro was the northernmost settlement.
This matters in the game because it's a strategic town, so it's a plausible target for the French. Worse it's a plausible (though far from ideal) base for a British invasion of New France. To me the second strategic town in New England should be Brattleboro or Concord (which was actually called Rumford in 1755).
At any event, I this sort of mod was just what was needed.
