Naming bugs (European OOB's)

There are a couple ship types (armored warships) that have incorrectly capitalized names, such as ARMORED_WARSHIP, mostly in European OOBs (I think the USA/CSA factions can build some of them, too).
Also, there seem to be an issue with the generals commanding various divisions in the European armies - they don't actually have names, but are named "Xth Division" and such. This must be a holdover from the time when these "generals" were divisional HQs.
