Hi everybody. I ve detected a problem with this button playing 1.10a

Playing 1.09d the problem was double, so seems somewhat was improved in the various patches.

Playing 109d ->
A command with a 5 level TRENCHED and artillery could normally click the button "bombard ships".

However, if some of the units was locked in some way, it was not posible to click the button.

Playing 1.10a ->
The same command CAN click the BUTTON.

However, I can not click the button in some of the (artillery 5 lvl trenched)cities, BOTH LOCKED nor UNLOCKED!

I ve checked with
a Horse Arty alone,
a Horse Arty + a Militia (all unlocked)
a 20 lb alone (LOCKED)
a 20 lb alone + a militia (both locked)

You can get GC current turn savegame (or CSA orders just sent to Rafiki)...

Check level 5 trenches in Richmond & other main coastal cities.

Some of the cities can be clicked while others can not.

Can not understand the why.

Aren't units in fortresses automatically set to bombard? IIRC, there's a fortress in Richmond?

Sorry my mistake, No Bug. Game is OK.

As old patches didnt allow to click I never saw it.
