The railroad from Wakassa to Bradford (next to Jacksonville, Florida) does not work for 1.10b. Links broken at Wakassa, Alachua and Jones

I verified it in a fresh scenario, and it works for me, the problem i have is that it doesn´t work in a current PBEM I am playing. I tried to fix it manually but the HST file now shows machine code only, no text, any idea?
