Most of the time, for me, the drag n drop function works properly. (I see the 2 arrows.)
However, unexplainably, sometimes it wont, this is in referance to chasing down raiders.

When you drag and drop what are u exactly trying to do ? I don't understand what you mean by "2 arrows" Trying to merge/intercept?

Crossed sabers (small icon, lots of people have trouble with it). Do you mean that when you drag your stack onto the enemy stack you don't get the icon? Or do you mean that your stack gets the intercept icon, but seems to completely lose track of the sneaky/skillful enemy?

Are the arrows your speak of the text description of your move??
i.e.Fairfax>>Stafford?

Intercepting an enemy unit will usually work but a lot can go wrong.

A) Enemy escapes, Intercepting unit stays in current region when contact was lost. This will happen usually around front lines where your enemy is running back into his regions or evades discovery in one of your regions.
B) Enemy splits or joins forces with other units. In case of split, intercepting units will go after the larger unit (as per manual). In the case of joining, am not certain on this. I would think the interceptor would engage or cancel attack under normal circumstances(ie. able to evade larger force or will attack weaker force)
C) Find my unit has entered into an enemy region and gets pummelled by a Corps/Army/much larger force so be wary your not being led back into a trap.

If the order is done correctly, the intercepting force will always see the target enemy unit in the text display of the movement above the unit description display. I have noticed that its more difficult to engage units in the same region as you as you cannot drag/drop and have target unit show in display, where units in other regions can. I ask AGEOD for a solution to this.

pepe - I believe you are refering to the crossed sabers of the intercept icon (they are small, and lots of players have trouble identifying what they are). As johnnycai says, you cannot get them if you are already in the same region. Does that answer your question?
