No need for desperate measures people!

Hello, a small suggestion (well, not small).

I am currently winning the war as the CSA, but every once in a while I get a rather desperate 'event' that really doesn't help or is needed.

I am flooded in everything but manpower (and can just call for volunteers to manage half of the time), but still get events like:

-Food shortages
-Conscription Acts
-Runaway inflation (mine is 0%) and shortages of cash (I have plenty)

Is there some way that these events could be changed into political choices? I really like that about the game.
